What’s needed: A frisbee!

Instructions: This one is great for hand-eye coordination as well as the exercise! See how high or far the frisbee can be thrown and encourage them to run to get the frisbee wherever it lands.

Group activity: Stand in a circle and throw the frisbee to the person opposite, keep going and see if it can be passed around the whole circle without it touching the floor.
